Mafrico needs to enhance their service and improve operational efficiency to better serve its clients and stay ahead of the competition.

In order to create effective business strategies for Mafrico, we immersed ourselves in their industry. By doing so we were able to better understand relevant nuances, customer journeys and pain points, which helped us uncover valuable insights and determine key areas of opportunity.

We conducted in-depth primary research by interviewing key stakeholders and facilitating design workshops with company staff members and decision-makers.
